i would say you want a large... but you dont wanna pull it up over you boots that would be super uncomfortable. its so thin and form fitting that if you were a long sock, ankle sock, or even a snowboard sock it doesn't even feel like its in there

I am 5"10 155 and a 31 waist and am using the small. It fits well. Only a little tight on my calves but still loose enough that I can pull it up and keep it out of my boots.
