I have a question about the board itself.. i got mine and looking it at, the left side edge is white, and the right side edge is black... i'm hoping thats normal... is it?

yup, totally normal! On Higher End product, Burton sometimes does color block rotations on sidewalls, bases, etc... Gives it a lil' more authentic, trendy, artistic feel, and premium feel. your all good!
