154 if you ride a lot of park... I choose the 154 and am 6" 185lbs. Only go with a 157 if you are an all-mountain rider, as you can ride rocker a couple CM's shorter than you camber board.

I'm 6' and 170 and I ride a 154. I also stay in the park all day too. This boards mad flexy and fun to ride, plus I went with the 154 so I can whip it around faster.
