Women can use "men's" binding, but be aware that men's bindings often have a taller highback which sometimes leads to uncomfortable calf-bite. Also be careful with the sizes: The only sizes left are for men's boot sizes 8-10 (M) and 10-12 (L) so unless you have a really big foot, like a women's size 10+ you probably can't use these, they'll be too big.
