how are you supposed to insert the yellow L shaped things? I've been getting some significant heel lift which already caused me to get a little wobbly before trying some big jumps, so in the spirit of not getting my shit wrecked how do i put these bad boys in?

If you pull the liner out... you will notice a lil' velcro patch on each side (on the inside) of the boot shell. Just velcro those bad boys in place, drop your liner back in, and WHAM! No more heel lift!
