I've seen the hand held tuning tool for magnetraction..but...

I've seen the hand held tuning tool for magnetraction..but can a machine tune these boards? If i take it to get professionally tuned at a shop will it just mess the board up?

It shouldn't mess it up, but I never tune my board and it's still super grippy! It probably wouldn't hurt to ask the shop guy though. I think the magne traction is actually a little too grabby, so I got mine detuned and it still holds a carve well and cuts through the choppy powder (that was a problem before, it was trying to grab the choppy snow when I didn't want it to... now it's so much better)
