I really can't see these being comfortable after wearing...

i was worried about that too but they've never bugged me. they're not like implants so much tho (: they're molded, so there is some air there too.

These are actually super comfy for long periods of time. I have worn my all day without the slightest discomfort at all.

It says "custom molded silicone" so I'm guessing they'd be pretty comfortable. Silicone is like the old school fake boob implant material, so they're probably nice n squishy. They won't breathe well so your ears might get hot.
