I've had pairs of both and the price was the same.I bought another pair because one of the ear pieces came apart, comparing them the rubber that fits into your ears doesn't mold as well, it's a cheaper rubber as well with the cord. They are not the same. Riot: fits well in your ear without discomfort and the cord doesn't tangle, Ink'd: Will hurt your ears giving you a headache after leaving them in too long and the cord tangles.

Inkd seem of lower quality, not as comfortable in my ears as the riot. Go for the riot, skip the inkd
