Hi just a little confused does the back fold down (like the flow bindings) Also I'm a size 10 us what size binding should i get? What are the pros and cons of the bindings.

they do, they are complicated to explain without holding them in your hands. the high back comes down about 45 degrees and the ankle strap lifts up also.
