Run the 5 for sure. This board is really soft, if that is want then you will be really stoked. This is a really fun board.

155. I'm 200lbs and rock a 158 hero wide (but I prefer softer boards). You could ride a 155 fine or even a bit smaller if you ride a lot of park.
