5 foot 9 inches. Size 9.5 boot, about 164 lbs. What size do you think i should get? And how does this hold up goin fast on groomers. Does it get sketchy or will it be a great all around board.

156 for a park board or 159 if you do all mountain riding. Its advertised as an all mountain board but its more of a park board and tends to get chattery at high speeds and can be a noodle on bigger park features, if you want something thats stable at high speeds you need c2 btx which is in the t rice and the dark series
