Hey I am 5'8" 180lbs, and I already have a smaller 152 snowboard. What size should I get if i want to ride this board for park but also quite a bit of all mountain? Also would this board work well with K2 cinch bindings, or should I eventually get ESTs?

if you like the cinchs, get some flows (this years) and get the channel disk. the cinchs are in between regular and flow style bindings. if you like simplicity and quickness of the cinchs, definitely get flows

This board is more for the park. If you are looking for an all mountain and park board, you could look at the custom, X8, or the jeremy jones. These are built to handle every type of terrain. Yes you would need to get different bindings. Any burton binding as well as the EST bindings will work on this board.
