def NOT the 156 wide.. U don't need a wide board.. wides R for ppl with 11.5 boots or larger. I have tried wides (I wear a size 11) and it's not as responsive as a red width board. It's better to not get a wide w/ your boot size.

I would get the 156w. You won't get any toe drag on the wide board vs the regular where you may get some. You'd really be fine on either though. I just suggest the wide.
