I am usually a 8.5 or a 9 and i really like these,but i dont know if should go up a size, down a size or stay the same please!!!!! HELP
do they run big or small????

I would get an 8.5. Nike 6.0 has a great fit that allows a little more room than most skate style shoes. I wear a 9 and my feet have plenty of room.
