flow is not known for being the best for durability with some of their bindings... the whole easy to get on thing is overrated with these, you don't save that much time vs traditional bindings and good riders can put bindings on standing up. You will be much happier getting a pair of union bindings... forces for all mountain or contacts for park only. Union bindings are totally bombproof, are built to last and are the lightest out there. Other bindings simply aren't up to the same standards as union.

Medium to stiff, More hard-charging but will respond quickly and Flow's are really light weight bindings. Definitely not a soft binding but can still perform in the park, making laps all day.
