I'm your size (6'3" 180lb)and love to rock the 156 on the harder pack days when I want to jib around. If you need something for more all around riding check out a 159 Riders Choice. If the 163 is still in decent shape, adding the 156 to your fleet would be nice, the pickle is a great board.

163 cm is good for when riding some of the deeper pow days, this 156 would fit you best for all-mountain and park riding. Riding a smaller board is way fun, you can throw it around more and feel really balanced.
