Yeah man you will be good. Really you would only notice if the waist width was WAY different. Like a reg deck that is a 150 with a waist of 248 compared to a usual waist of a wide deck that is around 260. You might be a little thrown off by the split second more it takes to go from edge to edge, but you really wont notice much of a difference. Flex patterns are different from reg to wide aswell, but only a little and they usually beef up wide decks a lil more. So its up to you in the end. If you are still growing, then I would suggest to get a wide as you will prob be getting bigger boots in the near future. Hope this helps bro
