i'd either go for a size Med or Large,, i'm about 5'10"/170lbs/32"waist and i rock a size Large,, if you can go to ur nearest snowboard shop and try on a Ride jacket in a Med/Lg.. it's the same company as Capp3l, so their sizing is very similar..//Go Get IT!!!
