how heavy is this jacket? i know it's a down jacket, but i'm hoping it's decently lightweight... and versatile enough (with its vents) to wear even if it's not super frigid negative-30 on the mountain. i'm mostly concerned with its physical weight though (i hate wearing jackets that feel like you've added 10 pounds of deadweight).

now way this jacket weighs 10 lbs, but it is pretty dense. The 600 down fill is thick enough you can feel but I don't feel it weighs me down at all. I'll think you will be stoked, Is is super warm.
