You dont really need the EST's for the channel, you just need the "retro discs" with only 2 holes instead of four. That way yo can rock your old board. You should get The EST's if you have the money because its so easy to adjust and get the bindings right where you want. And if you have a board like this, with the cushioning in it, you wont have the plastic discs under you and it would technically be a softer landing.

You are gonna have to rock the EST's on this deck. It has Burtons 'channel' system on it, so any binding other than an ICS or the EST will not work
