16 1/2 leg opening. 17 1/4 at the knee. It isn't slim, but it doesn't look baggy. The Dane Reynolds pant is exactly what you're looking for if you want a more fitted look.

These are regular cut, so slimmer than most pants but not a "skinny jean" cut by any means.
