i have had a burton tactic for a long time, It's a large and its comfortable. this jacket is about 7 years old.
i'm 5'7 120 pounds. should i go with a large again?
also would this qualify in the "to warm for spring" category?

It is not 'to warm for spring' as it only has light insulation... 40 grams. I would steer you towards a medium unless you like a lot of room to layer.
