I have some decent Lamer bindings that have your traditional 4 hole insert pattern. Will they work with a Burton snowboard, or do I have to get different bindings?

You may be able to fit them, but I would pay a visit to your local snowboard shop and get some compatible disks for your bindings. Great deck and well worth it.
