I'm 5'7" and 120 lbs. I normally wear a 28x30 in most jeans and small in shirts. Clothes from most retailers are just a little too big due to my size. Is this jacket/pant combo something that would fit me without to much alteration?

Whatup Chris, you might be able to rock this suit with some minor altercations such as hemming the pant cuffs and wearing a belt.
