If you're looking for the convienance of the rear entry bindings, go for the Gnu Agro binders. They utilize the best features of the Flow's and the Cinch by K2. Otherwise, I'd agree with E.C.R. and scope those unions and mayube some flux's.

flow bindings are junk, break easily, can be very uncomfortable and are not as responsive as other bindings. If you're looking for something durable, light, and responsive then go with union forces or datas. If you're a union hater, Rome Targas are another option, but I haven't found them to be as durable or light as union Flows easy to get in and out of thing is overblown, if you know what you're doing you can get your strap in bindings on just as fast as any pair of flows
