i'd go 152 and im about 6 foot. but that's just me, im more of an all around park rider. its gonna be easier to spin off of rails with a 152 and im sure the board will hold up on jumps as well

56,unless its all jibs and jumps. trails you should be okay either way. im about 5'9" and ride a 52w and its pretty good all over

na i ride i 153 DC PBJ and im ur size and its perfect go with the 152

if you are just free riding then you would probably want somewhere around 161 but if your primarly doing park stick with a 156!
