I'm 6'3", 250 lbs 30 yrs old, been boarding for 5 years and just started jumping at the end of last season. I usually ride a 163 wide all mountain board b/c of my weight and size 13 shoes. I want a board that will let me to improve my jumping and still be great for carving up the mountain. Everyone I've talked to about the banana board loves it, but they are all smaller people, anyone know how these boards work for someone my size?

Trust me I'm a nerd about this shit haha look into it. Lib Tech's Skunk ape, the one with the skeleton graphic, you can't go wrong. I'd get like the 165W/169W. Not sure what size board you ride now but with the banana rocker you can size down, take 2-3cm off what you'd normally ride.

Get the skunk ape man. It's meant for bigger guys who need a freestyle/freeride machine. It's got the C2 also which will hold better at high speeds than the traditional banana. Check it out man. You're too big for the skate banana, but they make other boards with all the sick technology you want that will be better for you.
