I want this board but im afraid it's almost TOO soft. i want to ride park with it a lot but at the same time i want to go shred powder with it too. will this be a good board for that? im torn between this board or the 2010 skate banana

This board will be fine for powder. You really only have to worry about the softness on bigger (40+) jumps, but otherwise the soft deck and flat kick will help you coast over powder. Although the Ultrafear is a solid investment as well. I ride last years model and it still has plenty of flex.

Kev, you should buy the Ultrafear. It's a Horrorscope with a little more meat to it.

the issue will be more with bigger jumps (30-40+). That's where the softness will become more of an problem; but for powder this board will be fine. It has flat kick so the nose and tail are lifted, add that to its already loose soft feel you'll get the float surfy feel and it will be fun as hell. So jibbing, small jumps and pow this board will do you reaaalll good.
