shops have the actual 'thirtytwo' heaters, but the boot will naturally mold to your foot after a few times of wearing them. otherwise, they need to be heated, without the footbeds in, then laced up relatively tight and worn for a few mintues with something under your toes (like i broom stick) to keep the correct pressure on your toes

You really shouldnt do it at home bro. Take it to your local shop and have them do it with the proper heaters. BUT if you must do it your self, take out the inner foot bed, put a really good hair dryer in your boot and heat. Put the foot bed back in and wear them for a while. I personally wouldnt do it at home, but if you must, thats the best way to do it
