All of my measurements say that I should take a small, but i'm afraid the shirt will be too short. any suggestions?

My shirt shrunk in the wash i would go one size up

don't know your measurements, but the shirt runs true to size. If you have problems with shirts running short...size up. It's 100% cotton so you can wash hot & dry in dryer to shrink a bit if need be
