is the puddle color pretty true to the picture? also im 5'9 and i like a decent amount of bag; would the large be too big?

The puddle color is actually a bit lighter than our pic. Our image of the Parker jacket in Puddle is more accurate...take a look. http://www.dogfunk.com/airblaster-parker-jacket-mens As for the bag factor, this is a loose fitting jacket so I would suggest a medium for a good, baggy fit that won't look ridiculous.
