Why are you riding a wide deck with size 9 or 10 boots? I ride a wide deck and the waist width is 260(26cm), and I have size 12's!! But for your size of boot you should go for the M/L binders. But if you are rockin a wide deck, I would switch unless you like more board under your feet. My feet are 2 sizes bigger and I ride a skinnier deck than you do, so dont even worry about dragging. Even if you got a L/XL (but dont because it will be too big for your boot), you wouldnt drag. Hope this helps
