So i have one of these watches, but it seems like the minute hand isnt moving at all or its moving really slowly :/ any help?

If it hasn't moved at all then you might need to find like a little piece of tab stuck in the dial or just push the dial in, but if it's moving slowly I'm sure they'll replace it, remember the small dot is the minute hand.
