I've never bought a sessions jacket before, what size would fit me? I'm 6' 140 lbs and I don't want it to be overly baggy.

If you wear it for shredding, once you put on a couple layers underneath a large will fit you normally. Size Large will also allow you to wear it around town without looking like you're wearing Shaq's hoodie. You say you don't want it "overly baggy," but if you want it a little baggy go with the XL.
