I've got a ride kink (156cm) and was wondering if this bag is decent to take on a plane (Adequately padded)? It's going from Lake Tahoe back to Australia so I don't want it to get damaged on the long trip home :/

It is padded, but it doesn't have wheels. The padding is good enough for travel for sure. I would recommend upgrading to the wheelie gig bag http://www.dogfunk.com/burton-wheelie-gig-bag or event eh board case.
