I've got a 157... and have been carrying my boots and extra gear in a separate bag. Is the 166 a good sized bag for the 157 and my stuff (boots/bindings/goggles/etc.). And with the board only being a 157, do I need to worry about stuff shifting around a lot? Has anyone ever had a problem with gear moving around and messing up a board? I won't be using the bag for anything other than ground travel, so I'm not worried about the lack of padding.

You can probably stuff your separate bag into the spack sack. I can do it and I ride a 156 board. 1 boot behind the bindings, 1 boot between bindings, small backpack(helmet, gloves, tools, etc.) front of bindings.

The space sack is just a bag, so your stuff will probably shift around a bit. You want to carry booze? That is a recipe for disaster, you board could easily bust you booze open. The 166 is the best size for you for sure.
