Usually the best lens for night riding is either a yellow or clear lens. Out of the lenses we currently have in stock, the Persimmon lens would be the most transferable from day to night riding conditions. Here is a breakdown of the lens options we currently have in stock in the Targa II: Bronze Silver Mirror = Best for the brightest/sunniest conditions. Bronze = Best for sunny conditions. Persimmon = Best for partly cloudy or overcast conditions. Keep in mind, if you want to get an extra lens for different light conditions, we do sell replacement lenses for this goggle as Item# SPY0230 or at: http://www.dogfunk.com/spy-targa-ii-goggle-replacement-lens
