im kinda stuck between this board in 158cm or the burton hate in 155 or 157, im 5'10-5'11 and weigh around 180lbs. i havent been rhode in a few years any one have suggestions?

Yes go with the clash, this will be a better ride for you. The Hate is made to be a straight jib board, the clash will ease you back into riding. It has great technology that will help you become more comfortable again on the hill.
