Tracker2 is not a bad transceiver, but I would strongly consider the Arva Evo 3+ as it has been around longer as a 3-Antenna fully digital and is $50 less. http://unofficialnetworks.com/avra-evo-3-avalanche-beacon-unofficial-review-111562/

Hey Check this out... http://backcountryaccess.com/blog/?p=3144 Seems that BCA was being overly cautious... I have one and love it. Super simple to use, exactly what you need when everything has gone wrong.
