get a 158 if ur OVER 5'9 and u ride all mountain freestyle 155 if u ride park. get a 155 if ur UNDER 5'9 and u ride all mountain freestyle 153 if u ride park i don't think a 153 can handle a 160 pounder . unless u just wanna hit some rails or butter around all day
