I'm 6 ft, 200lbs, I spend 60% on the mountain and 40% in the park. can I get away with riding a 153?

You could, but if you don't ride very much park you should probably go a bit bigger. I weigh 190lbs and ride a 152 in the park and 156 around the hill. Sure you can pull it off, but for more cruising than park riding I think you'll be happier on a bit of a bigger board.
