Sorry they're not more specific. As for the inseam, RVCA is not specific. The catalog calls out a "graduated inseam," which means the bigger the waist, the longer the inseam. I would speculate the sizing would be 28x28, 30x30, 32x32, 34x34, 36x34, 38x34. I hope that helps.
