Is this jacket (5000 waterproofing) any good for a beginner that falls down a lot? Or should I aim for a higher waterproof rating jacket? Thanks

This jacket will keep you nice and dry while your learning to shred the slopes. This jacket has Burton's DWR Dryride. You will not only be dry but you will also be styley in this jacket. It is designed by Mr. White himself the man knows snow and believe me this jacket is everything you need.
