If I am 14 years old and about 94 pounds, will the 142 be too big for me? I guess i could grow into the 142, but will it be that much of a problem? I dont want it to be to heavy and hard to control cause i am very park oriented and i go hard on rails.

It would be a little too big but nothing too crazy. You would grow into it quick and it'd still be a fun board for you right now.
