I am looking for the mens player in black but have seen it with "Nixon" in both upper and lower case. I really think the lower case looks so much better. Does anyone know if one is the older or newer model and if there is a different model number? I don't want to order one based on website pics because i know some just use stock photos.

The lower case letters are the older version. Any watch you order now will have the upper case version on it unless somehow it has been on the shelf for a couple years.
