Im 5'10 with a 32inch waist and I got a large. they fit a little baggy but the medium hugged my legs so bad it felt like i was gonna split them in two

You need an extra small for them to fit regularly. Small will be pretty big on you.

the pants are a normal fit and not really baggy so stick with what the sizing chart above the add to cart button and you'll be fine.
