Im 5'9" and about 130 pounds, is the 145cm a good size for me? i have an 11 boot

Hey Peter, At 5'9" you should look into the 154cm. With a size 11 you may want to consider the 156 wide. You are on the low end of the weight range for both the 54 and 56w, but a 145 will be too short.

you maight want to go bigger if you get a small board fot your size your gonne fell like you lose alot of control of the board
