im 6'1 165. is a large the best size for me? i know this jacket fits a little bigger. whats my best option?

You could go either L or XL (depending on your style) in this jacket and be happy. I'm 6 feet and 155lbs. I have the L1 Berlin, size large from this year (check it out on the site, I posted pics) which has the same cut as the Vet. It fits perfectly for me, not too slim but not very baggy either. I also tried the XL. The XL was a little wider so if you want more room go with XL.
