I'm looking for a new board with good flex. It says 6 out of 10 on their scale but their scale could mean anything. So I'm wondering if I wanted to do a tail press on a box would it be fairly easy to flex the board into that position?

That depends on your weight. The Banana design is like cheating for doing tail/nose presses, so, I would say it is easier. The flex is meant to be right there in the middle so it can ride all the different types of terrain. Medium soft for park/rails and medium stiff for groomers/pipe/trees/freeride. Really good all-around kind of snowboard that loves to turn.
