I am thinking about getting the Box Scratcher, I am about 5'4 and around 160lbs. I wear a size 10 boot (K2 Haymaker) and I am strictly going to be in the park, what size should I get if this board would be good for me at all?

go with the 151. these boards run pretty narrow, a 147 i feel, would be too small. but it depends on your riding. get the 151 if you want to hit jumps and rails. 147 if your more of JUST rails
